When I was young I got this book at a dollar tree, It was in the 2000s. It was a satire book about the George W Bush administration. It was made to look like a laptop, so you read it horizontally. I think the bottom page looked like a keyboard on all the pages. I don't remember much about the content of it except there was a photoshopped picture of Janet Reno's head on a models body.
