Prepaid shopping orders

I encountered the barcode prepaid shopping at Dollar General today and it’s stupid! It basically gives a pick list on their screen and if 1 item is off it won’t allow you to complete the order, so substituting is out of the question. Unless I’m mistaken this is the quest way to do this… plus the employee I had doing the checkout was a massive B with a bigger attitude.
