How do you make yourself go to the store?

(27F, AuDHD, PTSD, Bipolar) I’m so overwhelmed by even the idea of going to the store that I usually just get my groceries delivered. Even just going in for small things—I’d much rather spend more money at Dollar General than step foot into Walmart. It’s so vast, exhausting, and overstimulating. I’ve gotten a bunch of the comics from dollar general. Mostly cause they are cheap and all #1. Finally got around to reading some of them, man these 2 issues were really really good! I loved them, like for first issues of a Batman comic. Definitely wanna confine each story. Anyone else check out the $1 comics at dollar general?
