What are you doing about the estradiol patch national shortage?

This is the second time that CVS has told me they can’t fill my estradiol patch on time. “Maybe end of the week”, said this last time and it took 3 extra weeks. Other CVS pharmacies in my area don’t have it either. I can’t keep going off and on estrogen. What are people doing about this? Thanks!
