Pharmacy wont allow me to fill prescription because I don't have insurance

I took about 2 years break off of Adderall and recently got switched to vyvanse about two months ago. I got it filled twice at a CVS pharmacy TWICE now! i just got bumped up to 40mg from 30mg and since I don't have insurance now they're saying I cant pay cash and cant get it filled.
