The shortage is horrible so I know it's a long shot but I am so close to getting fired if I can't get my medicine soon. Screen issue after 15 months

Owned this 16” M4 Pro for 15 months. Never take it anywhere. Screen looked like this yesterday. Lines on left side and bottom. Ruled out software issue. Going to Genius Bar today. But …. Seems like sketchy quality to me. Happily I have Apple Care or I would Be SOL.
