Vet didn't give me the prescription counts I asked for on two different medications. Will Costco only fill the counts listed or can I ask for the largest count?

My elderly mother would like to go with me to Costco, but she has had a couple of falls and a twisted hip and can't get around the store. She would not be comfortable using an electric mobility scooter. Do Costco locations in the US have actual wheelchairs that I could use to push my mom around?

When stores, especially Costco, put the older baked goods right in the front at full price and hide the fresh ones in the back.
