I've been going to Costco in Manchester for years. It gets busier and busier each year. More members join but the number of stores never increases. Relatives in London tell me it's even worse there - huge covid style queues outside, people fighting over a rogue loo roll, till queues going to the back of the store. Clearly there is demand.
