Opticals: average cost for lenses + frames

I am looking to purchase a new pair from costco but I’d like an idea of how much they cost (lens and all). I was eyeing a frame for $150. I have around -4.00 prescription (each eye is different) and usually get my lenses compressed. I got approved for the Costco citi card, but didn’t get a temporary card in the store, now what?

Hey guys, I got approved for the credit card today, but didn’t get a temporary card. I got a confirmation email saying it’ll take 7-10 days for the physical card, but is there anyway to use it sooner than that? Will I get a digital card information or anything before 7-10? With Amex I was able to use it the moment I was approved digitally so I’m just confused.
