From my experience Costco optical only measured my PD, and didn't bother checking for any change in PD over the years, and they never measured my near PD. I just bought 2 40lbs bags of grass seed at Home Depot. Price in store would have been $146.82. I purchased them on DoorDash using my DD gift cards I bought at Costco (20% off), combo'ed with the Sapphire Credit for $123.68 (($164.60-$10 credit)x.8). Plus they were delivered within a half hour. Lowe's is even better than Home Depot since they have the same pricing on DoorDash.
