CIBC Cash Back Issue

Is anyone’s CICB cash back being wonky? I went to check my balance today (January 18th) and it says I redeemed my cash back on \*\*February\*\* 16th, 2025. Now, I do go to Costco on \*January\* 16th but I didn’t pay with my CICB card or redeem my gift certificate. Do I contact CICB or Costco for this? If it’s Costco, can I call the 1-800 number or do I need to go in to a store?
