Best Buy manager threatens customer about the use of AI powered cameras.

Long story short, we gave the wrong item to a person and now manager is claiming it was given to the correct person. Customer is upset stating he did not come in and I know he didn’t I was right there. Wireless CarPlay Dongle (Apple Maps)

Howdy ya’ll! I understand that with wired CarPlay, there is no touch to drag our maps, just the arrow buttons to move left/right/up/down. If we double tap and scroll up/down we can zoom in and out (no pinch to zoom). But are there any tested wireless CarPlay adapters that could bypass this limitation and allow for dragging of the maps?
