4k max is slow?

I have the 4k max firestick (basically the most expensive that's out there in best buy) and seems slow. Paramount is slow af and peacock is the same. Netflix and youtube are ok. Silk browser is slow as well when trying to play videos. I deleted some apps to free up storage. Is there anything i can do or not really? Is onn from Walmart a bit faster than firestick?

Good deal from Best Buy currently with free installation for a 2-way Compustar kit. I have a 2011 2.5i Limited.
