USB wifi adapter not working

Squealing Noise coming from my Power Supply

New to PC got myself a prebuilt HP Omen Ryzen 787 5060ti ( Was Open Box from Best Buy ) what's really weird is when I'm either playing or just chilling on it, it comes out of nowhere and but it also doesn't affect my gameplay, everything works fine it's literally just this squealing noise and it's annoying, is there anyway I can fix this ?
