QC Ultra Gen 1 or Gen 2? Mostly looking for great noise canceling.

I just got the QC Ultra gen 1 from Best Buy for a pretty good price. But now wondering if it’s better to get the QC Ultra Gen 2? Is it worth the extra money for better noise cancelation?
