this might be a dumb question tbh😭 but is there any resources on campus that can help with computer related issues? my macbook won’t turn on or charge at all and ive tried different recommendations from apple/youtube and nothing. i literally have no knowledge when it comes to tech so im not sure if IT could help or if theres anywhere else i can go before best buy/apple store

I pulled out my iPad this evening and noticed the tip from the Apple Pencil has gone AWOL. I have a long haul flight tomorrow night with no prospect of visiting an Apple Store while I am away. Got G5 65" for $1500 pre tax. It was open box excellent from best buy and only had 11 hours on it (settings say 15 but I watched 4 hours of content after turning it on).
