MacBook Pro M4 dying suddenly.

Updated to the newest IOS and now my MacBook Pro M4 is dead when I go use it in the evenings after 24hours of being turned off. Battery health shows Normal/100% and it charges up fine. I use this computer mane for an hour every day with just basic tasks. Bought it brand new like 6 months ago from the Apple Store. What could be the issue?? I’m at a loss!
