just bought a silver 256 gb 17 pro max from a apple store (that was a little further away) and the panel came out to be G9P-100. Changed my 13 Pro battery

Yesterday, I went to an Apple Store, I changed the battery because when I got this phone, they put a generic battery, and it was terrible. The phone would get really hot , the battery would last maximum 4-6 hours. After I made the change, the phone completely changed, everything is smoother and the battery last the whole day. If you are thinking about doing this it is definitely worth it!

Update: My battery replacement experience at Apple Store

Bottom line: I was at 72% and 1190 cycles. The process wasn’t too bad and it was worth it. It took about 1.5 hours total. They did break my display and replaced it. Battery life is back to normal and performance is as it can be with iOS 26.
