Canceled deliveries after arrival

So Ive had 2 orders be canceled after driving to the pickup location, one will call was closed and another the store said the item was already picked up and they couldn't give me another. Both times support canceled the order and I didn't get paid for the trip. They make it quite difficult to contact anyone as well..just wanted to see if anyone has had to deal with this.

Why do i have to unlock the pistol again to be able to unlock the new SMG. I have unlocked it before the new update but did not unlock the SMG. This shouldn't be a thing.
